Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one non-stick pan dry roast all Dabeli masala ingredients and let it cool and churn it. Your Dabeli masala is ready. You can store it for long time in a glass container or in a air tight container.
* Step 2
Take another pan heat the oil and add jeera and onion and fry for couple of minutes then add tomatoes and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
* Step 3
When tomatoes gets tender add boiled and mashed potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add Dabeli masala and dash of water and cover for 2 minutes. Add salt and mix well. Transfer this batter in a plate and spread evenly. Sprinkle chopped onions, zero number sev and masala peanuts.
* Step 4
Take pav cut it from center and spread this masala on it and sprinkle some sev.Take one non-stick tawa and put some butter and cook it from both sides and serve hot with masala chai.
