Mango Custard Pudding
This rich and silky mango pudding is bursting with luscious mango flavor. The simplicity of this dessert makes it great.

Ingredient

45-50 minutes + cooling time
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the milk and make custard and set aside for cooling. Take 2 mangoes and make a puree.
* Step 2
Take one big bowl and whip the cream until soft peaks appear. Add custard in whipping cream churn again with the help of a hand blender. Mix the puree and mix again.
* Step 3
Now start layering. In a square dish first, keep the sponge then custard cream mixture then add some fresh mangoes (chopped) and again custard. Decorate with some fresh cream, mangoes, chocolate sauce, and choco-chip. Keep it in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
* Step 4
Note-
Adding chocolate is completely optional you can skip it. I personally like the mango and chocolate combination.
