Ingredient

ajwain

1 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one big plate for kneading the atta. Add salt, oil, azwain and knead a soft dough. Make small balls and keep aside

* Step 2

Take one non-stick pan add oil then add heeng and add grated paneer and all spices. Fry for 3-4 minutes then add salt and garnish with coriander leaves. Stuffing is ready.

* Step 3

Roll the balls and put the stuffing in the center and fold it from all side. Then roll it like a roti and heat the tawa and cook it from both side with desi ghee. Serve with fresh curd and enjoy this delicious paratha with your loved ones.
