Dal Palak
Dal Palak or Spinach Dal is a very simple yet delicious Indian dish made with lentils, spinach, and seasoned with few spices. This is my family’s all time favourite.

Ingredient

35-40 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana dal for 30 minutes then take dhuli moong and cook in pressure for 2-3 whistles then sim the gas for 10 minutes. Keep aside the dal.
* Step 2
Take another pan add ghee, jeera, garlic, ginger, green chilli and onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes after that add tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes then add palak and fry for another couple of minutes.
* Step 3
Add salt and then add dal and kitchen king masala. Take a small tadka pan add ghee then jeera and dry red chilli and pour the tadka on dal. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with besan or missi roti.
