Khaman Dhokla

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

40-45 minutes

besan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one big bowl. Add besan and then add water very gradually so that lumps will not form. Mix in one direction for 2-3 minutes. Mix all spices snd keep aside for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Take one square shape baking tin and grease it. Take the steamer or you can microwave it also(for that you have to use microwave safe dish). Then add fruit salt in it.

Place it in the steamer and let it be cook for 14-16 minutes. In microwave you just have to set for 5-7 minutes. Put the flame off and keep aside.

* Step 4

For Tadka Take one non- stick pan add oil then add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add water,salt, sugar and lemon juice. Boli for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.

* Step 5

When both the things get cool cut the khaman into desired pieces and pour the tadka mixture on it. Decorate with fresh coconut and green coriander leaves. Super soft khaman dhokla is ready. Enjoy with masala chai.
