Stuffed capsicum

Stuffed bell peppers are a popular dish across the world. These are so many different kinds of fillings made to stuff the bell peppers and in my family everyone likes this amazing potato stuffing. #shilpitandon #newrecipe #staysafenhealthy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash capsicum properly and let them dry. Take a knife and cut the capsicum horizontally and keep aside.

* Step 2

Take one non-stick pan add oil then add mashed potatoes and mix all spies. Cook this mixture fir 3-4 minutes snd keep aide then take capsicum ring and fill the hollow part with potatoes mixture.

* Step 3

Take one non-stick tawa and shallow fry it until it becomes crisp. Enjoy this capsicum with lachha paratha or plain paratha.
