Stuffed capsicum
Stuffed bell peppers are a popular dish across the world. These are so many different kinds of fillings made to stuff the bell peppers and in my family everyone likes this amazing potato stuffing.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash capsicum properly and let them dry. Take a knife and cut the capsicum horizontally and keep aside.
* Step 2
Take one non-stick pan add oil then add mashed potatoes and mix all spies. Cook this mixture fir 3-4 minutes snd keep aide then take capsicum ring and fill the hollow part with potatoes mixture.
* Step 3
Take one non-stick tawa and shallow fry it until it becomes crisp. Enjoy this capsicum with lachha paratha or plain paratha.
