Ragi Dosa is a healthy variation of dosa or crepes made with ragi seeds or ragi flour. There are many ways ragi dosa can be made. Ragi dosa recipe is gluten-free as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one big bowl. Add all the ingredients. Mix well.
* Step 2
Add water if required.keep it aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Take one non- stick pan. Spread the batter and cook for 2-3 minutes until it becomes little crisp. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
