Ingredient

1 Cup

Sabudana

1 tsp

Jeera

as per taste

Sendha Namak

as required

Coriander leaves

1 tbsp

Desi Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Sabudana for 1 Hour or until it becomes soft.add crushed peanutsand mix well

* Step 2

Take a heavy bottom kadhai put ghee, jeera and green chilli sauté for 1-2 minutes. You can add boiled and chopped potato in it.

* Step 3

Add sabudana and mix well. Cover for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with green mint chutney:)
