Cooking instructions

* Step 1

2 tbsp Shan Achar ghosht Masala (jo 1/2 cup pani mein mix kiya gya ha) us mein lemon juice milayen aur cut lgai hoi green chillies mein bhar dain.

* Step 2

Ab ek karahi ya cooker mein oil garam kren,us mein ghosht k chotay kiay huay pieces,ginger garlic paste,yogurt aur bcha hua shan masala add kr dain aur high flame py 7-10 minute tk pkayen.

* Step 3

Ab 2-3 cup pani shamil kren aur ghosht galnay tak pkayen low flame py.

* Step 4

Ab tomato paste add kr k 6 minutes k liye pkayen aur bhari hui hari mirchen ghosht k ooper rakh dain.

* Step 5

Ab dakan sy cover kr k halki anch py rakh dain.Yahan tk k masala oil chor dy.

* Step 6

Agr oil bohot zada hogya ha to serve krnay sy pehly nikal lain.

* Step 7

Naan ya roti k sath serve kren.
