Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,onion and ginger, garlic paste, cook till gets golden on high flame.

* Step 2

Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix then add the chick peas and 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low to medium flame.

* Step 3

Once it gets thick,sprinkle coriander and garam masala on it and serve hot with naan or chapati.
