Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat oil,ginger garlic paste and green chilies, cook for a minute.

* Step 2

Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add Salt, crushed coriander, red chilli powder, crushed cumin, turmeric and cook for 1-2 minutes.

* Step 4

Add 1/4 cup water and cook for a minute.

* Step 5

Now add potatoes and peas,cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame,then add 2 cups water and mix well.

* Step 6

Cover with the lid and cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 7

Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander and turn off the flame.Serve with boiled eggs.
