I have already uploaded gulab jaman recipe made with bread but this time i made gulab jaman from another main ingredient i,e Milk Powder.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ek pan mein sugar, water aur illaichi powder add kar ke medium flame py rakh dain yahan tak ke sheera ready ho jaye to flame slow kar dain.
* Step 2
Sab sy pehly khoye ko hathon sy achi tarah masal lain, phr is mein illaichi powder shamil kar dain.
* Step 3
Baking Powder aur maida ko chalni sy chan kar khoye mein add kar dain aur is mein milk powder b daal dain.In sb cheezon ko achi tarah mix kar lain.
* Step 4
Andy ko khoob phaintain aur is ko thora thora kar ke mixture mein dalty jayen aur mixture ko achi tarah goond lain.
* Step 5
Ab iski halky hath sy choti choti goliyan bana lain.
* Step 6
Ab ek pan mein oil garam karein medium to low flame py is mein goliyan daalen aur golden brown honay tak tal lain.
* Step 7
Jesy he wo golden brown hon unhen nikal kar sheery mein daalti jayen aur sheery ke neechy flame off kar dain.
* Step 8
1 ghnta sheery mein dooba rehny dain. Jab yeh achi tarah naram ho jayen to inhen nikal lain aur chandi ka wrq laga kar serve karein.
