Sometimes all you really want is a little chocolate. Made from simple everyday ingredients, this easy cupcake recipe will be your new favorite. This dessert will surely leave you drooling #cookingwithayushi #cookingwithcookpad

Ingredient

Food ration :

12-14 cup cakes

Cooking time :

35-40 minutes
1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

cocoa powder

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 tsp

vinegar

1 1/2 cup

unsalted butter

1 1/2 cup

icing sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift the dry ingredients except sugar.

* Step 2

Whisk all wet ingredients in another bowl and add sugar.

* Step 3

Add wet ingredients in batches to the dry ingredients and give a nice whisk.

* Step 4

Now add chocolate chips and whisk lightly.

* Step 5

Now fill the batter in the cup cake moulds (only 2/3rd in each cup).

* Step 6

Bake @175 Celsius for 15 minutes.

* Step 7

Let them cool on the rack while we prepare for the fluffiest smooth frosting.

* Step 8

Whisk unsalted butter for 2 minutes. Add sifted icing sugar with cocoa powder in batches and continue to whisk for 5 minutes.

* Step 9

Use regular open star nozzle for frosting and use sprinklers of your choice to decorate your cupcakes.
