Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.Add cinnamon, clovesand cardamom s and stir-fry for half a minute.Add grated onions and saute till golden brown.
* Step 2
Add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chillies and continue to saute for two to three minutes.
* Step 3
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Add the chicken and salt to taste.Saute for two to three minutes. Add pureed tomato and saute till the oil separates.
* Step 5
Whisk yogurt and stir with one and a half cups of water.Cover and cook till pressure is realeased once.
* Step 6
Take the pressure cooker off the heat and open when the pressure has completely reduced.
* Step 7
Sprinkle garammasala powder, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
