Fish Chilli Fried Rice

#weekorange Fish is one of my favourite in non vegetarian cuisine. It has good amount of protein for muscle building. Fish is the staple food in Goa, Mangalore & Mumbai kolis. #Weekorange

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all, boil the rice and keep separately.

* Step 2

Now, take a cooking pan. Pour coconut oil into it. Add mustard seeds. Once they split, add cumin seeds & chopped onions.

Once the onions are fried till golden brown you can add all Chilli peppers & chopped chillies & garlic & ginger paste & salt to taste.

* Step 4

After all the vegetables are sautee well.now add fish mince into it & pour oil required,fry the fish mince well.

* Step 5

Now,you can add cooked boiled rice into the pan & sautee it well.Mix well, add a tsp of butter to taste.

* Step 6

The Fish Chilli fried rice is ready. Hot & Ready to Serve & eat.
