Jaggery is the best substitute for sugar, especially if you are on diet and craving for something sweet. Wheat Ladoo using Jaggery is one such recipe, where sugar is substituted with jaggery.These ladoos are very easy to make and you can make them for festivals or any other special ocassion.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a Pan add whole wheat flour and dry roast whole wheat flour on medium till it attains light brown color and until it is nice and fragrant. Keep an eye while roasting so that it doesnt burn.
* Step 2
Add leftover mawa or khurchan and mix well
* Step 3
Further add jaggery and milk in a cooking pan kept on heat and mix well and roast.
* Step 4
Stir continuously until thick and leave the ghee in pan, now Turn off the inductionand leave to cool.
* Step 5
Take a small portion of mixture and roll between your palms to give it a round ball shapup the laddu,
* Step 6
Atta Gur mawa Laddu is ready to serve and enjoy it
