Vegetables Roll
Main ye roll Ramadān ke elawa bhi buna ke rahkti ho kabhi Chai ke Sath evening snack main fry Kar leti ho ya phir achank se koi guest ajaie tu aap refreshments ke Sath bhi serve karsakte hai aur iske elawa aik reason ye bhi hai ke meri beti vegetables kum khati hai tu main istarah se deti ho.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a woke add cooking oil, garlic and fry until light golden.Add cabbage, carrot, green onion and mix well.
* Step 2
Add salt, black pepper,salt, Red Chilli flakes, sugar, chicken powder, chilli sauce, Soya sauce,mix & toss well.
* Step 3
In water add cornflour and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add dissolved cornflour and mix well for a minute.let it cool
* Step 5
In a small bowl add all-purpose flour water and whisk well, flour slurry is ready.
* Step 6
Take Roll sheet's add prepared Vegetables filling,fold over the sides, Roll up and apply all-purpose flour slurry.
* Step 7
Prepare the remaining Rolls similarly make 18-20 can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
* Step 8
In a woke heat oil and fry medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
* Step 9
Serve with ketchup and chutney's.
