Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add chicken, mayonnaise, black pepper,chopped capsicum, chilli sauce,salt, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix well & set aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl add egg,pinch salt,mixed herb,mix well and set aside.
* Step 3
On surface, place bread slices and cut the edges with knife and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
* Step 4
Wet the edges with water and add the filling in the center roll out and seal the edges.
* Step 5
Now dip into beaten egg and coat in Bread crumbs
* Step 6
You can store it too in a air tight container for 2 weeks in freezer.
* Step 7
In woke heat cooking oil and fry until golden brown.. yummy Bread roll ready serve with ketchup...
