Crispy mini Samosa
#joy Tip: Never drop ur samosas in hot oil alwats fry them in medium hot oil at low temp then after 15mins increase the temp to medium high
Ur samosas won't get oily nd soggy
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Now take a pan heat 2 tbs of oil add chilies, coriander leaves and all the spices & saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Now add mashed potatoes mix it well and again bhonofay for 2 minutes remove from flame & let it cool.
* Step 3
When mixture is dry shape it according to your choice.
* Step 4
Mix all dry ingredients & knead the dough your dough should be semi stiff when dough is ready leave it for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Now divides the dough into small balls roll it like an egg shape than the center with place potato mixture seal
* Step 6
The edges and deep fry until it is golden when samosa are ready.
* Step 7
Serve with tea & ketchup :)
