Here is recipe of Talbina (Barley Porridge) which has been recommended by our beloved Holy prophet (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) Talbina soothes the heart of the sick person,and it takes away some of the grief, A very healthy recipe which nourish and provides strength and has numerous health benefits specially for heart ❤️.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the milk in a pot on medium heat.
* Step 2
Add Barley Porridge mix well,cook for about 8-10 minutes.
* Step 3
Then add chopped dates, constantly stir to avoid lumpiness.
* Step 4
Then mixture will thicken a bit.
* Step 5
Sweeten with honey and serve.
* Step 6
Tip: you can also add elachie powder for taste.
* Step 7
Tip: Raw Honey tastes much better.
