#meatyeid This is my recipe and it’s super easy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all of Ingredients Mince, ginger, garlic, onion, green chilli, coriander strands,red chilli powder, Cumin powder,salt,all spices powder in a food chopper and make a well-mixed mince.

* Step 2

Make meatballs out of the qeema and shallow fry for 10-15 minutes. This makes koftay a lot more for 10-15 minutes. This makes koftay a lot more stable and reduces the chance of them breaking.

* Step 3

Put the oil in a pan, add one big sliced onion and golden fry add yoghurt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt, ginger garlic paste Bhoono-fy the mixture until oil separate.

* Step 4

Add in the meatballs and water. Cover and simmer until meatballs are soft and done.

* Step 5

Sprinkle all spice's powder and Garnish with Coriander

* Step 6

Serve with Naan / Rice
