Amla pickle
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil amla with salt and sufficient water in a pan till the amla is soft. Once it's done drain the excess water and then remove its seeds. It's very easily separate into edges. Now allow cooling completely.
* Step 2
Now heat a pan add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds, then roasted it. When it's become a little cool grind it into a powder. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Now heat the oil in the pan add turmeric powder and green chili and cook it for 1-2 minutes on medium to high flame. After that switch off the flame and wait for some time.
* Step 4
After some time when the oil was a little warm then add red chili powder, prepared masala, and boiled amla, and mix it well. Your Instant amla pickle is ready. Enjoy!
