Semolina Walnut Cigar

All the time we think how to feed our children some healthy. That is why today I have made this snack with some healthy ingredients. It is as crunchy from outside as soft from inside. I hope you like it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan then add cumin seeds and curry leaves. After few seconds add onion and saute it.
* Step 2
Now add garlic and green chilli paste and cook it well. Now add all the dry spices one by one and little water in it, cook it well. When the masala leaves the oil from sides add semolina and grounded walnut.
* Step 3
Roast it for 6-7 minutes on low to medium flame. After that add water and cook it on medium flame till the water absorbed in it. When the water totally absorbed it becomes like a dough.
* Step 4
Now take a jar add Poha and coarsely ground it. Place it in the plate and keep aside. After that make a roll like cigar from the dough and also keep aside. Then make slurry by mixing all-purpose flour and water in a bowl. Now we prepare all the things.
* Step 5
Heat the oil for deep frying in a pan. Now dip the prepared roll into the slurry and coated with grounded Poha and put it into the hot oil.
* Step 6
Now frying it on medium to high flame till golden brown.
* Step 7
Your semolina walnut cigar is ready. Serve it with green chutney and sauce.
