Bottle Gourd Corn Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly boil the chopped bottle gourd. After boiling place it into a jar and make a puree. Keep aside. After that heat oil in a pan then add onion and carrot, saute it for some time. After that add corn and mix it well and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame.
* Step 2
After that add green chilli and bottle gourd puree and mix it well. Niw add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and red chilli powder and cook it on low to medium flame for 6-7 minutes. Remember one thing there we will use vegetable stock which are already salty so maintain salt carefully.
* Step 3
Then we add vegetable stock and chopped tomato and cook it on medium flame for few minutes. After that take a bowl add cornflour and water in it and mix it well then pour it in the soup which we prepared. Cook it till it's become thick, you also maintain this thickness according to you choice.
* Step 4
Your bottle gourd corn soup is ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot. Enjoy!
