Tomato Chop

* Step 1
Take medium sized and firmed tomatoes. Slightly chopped their top portion and remove their pulp. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Now heat the pan for stuffing. Add oil in it and heat it. After that add cumin seeds and green chilli. After few seconds add chopped onion and saute it nicely. Now add mashed potatoes and all dry spices along with salt and mix it well. Cook it for 4-5 minutes. Once it's done switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Now take the tomatoes and fill with prepared stuffing nicely. Fill the all tomatoes one by one and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now it's time to prepare batter. Take a bowl add all the ingredients of batter section. Add water gradually and make a thick paste.
* Step 5
Now heat the oil in pan for deep frying. Dip the prepared tomatoes in the batter. Make sure that all sides of tomatoes nicely coated with batter. After that put the tomatoes in the hot oil and flip and fry until golden brown from all sides.
* Step 6
Your tomatoes chop is ready serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce. Enjoy!
