A delicious 4 ingredients Indian Dessert, Wheat Flour Halwa is very easy to make and is quite delicious. Wheat Halwa is definitely indulgent. Made with just 4 ingredients and in under 20 minutes, you will make this again and again.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add wheat flour and fry on medium heat until slightly browned. Keep stirring continuously.
* Step 2
Now add chopped nuts and fry until the color of the flour is changed to more brown.
* Step 3
Once the flour is done, add 2 cups of water and cook until the water is almost absorbed by the flour. Add the sugar at this stage and cook the halwa for another 3-4 minutes. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Your wheat flour halwa is ready serve it hot with garnishing. Enjoy!
