Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan and heat it. Add ghee and grated carrot and saute it few minutes. Once it's done keep aside.

Now the same pan add milk and allow to boil once it's started boiling add rice powder and stir it nicely. Continuously stir this until the milk reduce and rice is cooked. Now add fried carrot and mix it well.

* Step 3

Once the rice is completely cooked add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and cashew. Mix it well.

* Step 4

Carrot phirni is ready to serve. It's totally depends on you how to serve it hot or chilled. Enjoy!
