Spinach Maggi Fritters

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take the spinach leaves and wash it properly. Then boil the water in a pan. When water started to boil add spinach leaves in it. After few seconds take it out from the water and drop it into normal water. Leave it for 2-3 minutes in mormal water the remove it from the water and keep aside.

Then take one spinach leaf and spread it on the flat surface, then add maggi on it and roll it carefully. Make all the spinach roll like this and keep aside.

Now take a bowl add besan, rice flour salt, turmeric powder and maggi masala magic and mix it well. Then add water and mix it well. Your batter is ready. Now heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the spinach roll in the batter and drop it in the oil. Fry it till it's turn golden brown.

* Step 4

Spinach Maggi Roll is ready. Serve it hot with tomato sauce. Enjoy!
