Walnut Jaggery Soup

Walnut Jaggery Soup

#Walnuts Today I make Walnut jaggery soup. It is specially for toddlers. It is very easy to make and tasty too. You want only few ingredients to make this soup.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

jaggery

3/4 cup

walnut

1/4 cup

wheat flour

2 tbsp

ghee

2 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly heat a pan and roast the walnuts. After roasting allow to cool completely and then make a fine powder of it.

* Step 2

Now in same pan add 1 tsp ghee once it's become warm add wheat flour and roast it till it's become aromatic.

* Step 3

Now take a pan add 2 cup water and Jaggery. Once it's melt completely add roasted wheat flour little by little and stir continuously So that there are no lumps in it.

* Step 4

Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now add walnuts powder and mix it well. Now add half cup more water in it. (You can add more water for your desire consistency of soup.)

* Step 5

Now add cardmom powder and 1 tbsp ghee and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes more. Your Walnut jaggery soup is ready.
