Today I make vegetarian version of galouti kabab. This is a super easy vegetarian snack recipe which tastes amazing and is also nutritious.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan add grated onion and saute it after a minute add ginger and garlic paste and again saute it well.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add all the ingredients except ghee and mix these ingredients very well.
* Step 3
Take a small portion of the mix and make a flat round. After making all the kababs, heat a pan add ghee and place the kabab on it and cook them on slow flame. Flip them and again apply some ghee and cook them till golden brown from both sides. Your veg galouti kabab is ready.
