Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend together boiled and strained chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic pods, salt, olive oil and lemon juice.

* Step 2

Place the hummus in a bowl. Place the bowl in refrigerator for an hour. After one hour remove the bowl into the refrigerator garnish the hummus with coriander spring, boiled chickpeas and lemon slice and serve with falafel.
