Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take grated Lauki.
* Step 2
Now add besan, all the spices, salt, onion, tomato, coriander leaves and mix it well.(Don't use water)
* Step 3
Now heat a pan add oil wait a minute now spread the batter. And cook it from one side.
* Step 4
When it's done flip it and cook it another side till it's become golden brown.
* Step 5
Your lauki chilla is ready serve it with your favourite chutney or sauce. Enjoy!
