Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a cup of moong dal, clean it and soaked it in the water for 5 hours along with baking soda.
* Step 2
After 5 hours remove the excess water from it and spread it on a cotton cloth evenly. Place it beneath a fan and let it dry for half an hour.
* Step 3
Preheat oil in a deep bottom pan. After heating the oil add the soaked moong dal in it to fry using a strainer. (Remember fry the Dal on high flame)
* Step 4
Now pour it in a separate plate mix the salt according to taste. Mix it well. Serve it.
