gram flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take sugar and 2 cups of water in a deep pan.Mix well and cook on a high flame for about 5-7 minutes add green cardamom and cook till the sugar syrup is of 1 thread consistency. Once sugar is dissolved completely and the syrup becomes a little sticky, put off the flame and keep aside.

* Step 2

Now heat oil in a pan over medium flame, hold a perforated spoon a little above the hot oil and pour some gram flour batter on the spoon. Allow small droplets to fall in the oil by tapping the edge of the spoon lightly.

* Step 3

Take out the boondi on a paper towel to drain off the excess oil.

* Step 4

Now again heat the sugar syrup and boil it till it becomes 2 thread consistency add all fried boondis and mix it till the all boondies absorb all sugar syrup and mix it 5 to 7 min on medium flame of gas.

* Step 5

After some time you get dry boondi remove it on the plate and serve it with curd its taste is awesome with curd.
