Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take besan, carom seeds and all dry spices and salt in a bowl.Mix well

* Step 2

Now add all veggies in it and mix well..

* Step 3

Then mix in yoghurt.

* Step 4

Add little water at that time make lump free batter.

* Step 5

Heat a pan on medium heat...Once hot drizzle about 2teaspoon oil and let it get heat up.

* Step 6

Now pour the laddleful of batter and spread it to make round shape pancakes.

* Step 7

Let the chilla gets cook on one sids about 2 mins and till get golden brown..

* Step 8

Drizzle some oil on top and flip it using spatula..Cook other side 1to 2 mins

* Step 9

Once both sides are cooked remove it on plate and serve.
