Soya beans in tomatoes chutney (rougaile soya)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut all soya beans into small pieces and in a nonstick pan add a little oil and keep stirring till the soya bean changes colour into golden colour and keep aside.
* Step 2
Add some oil to a nonstick pan and add chopped onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder, curry leaves and chopped chillies. When it becomes a bite brownish add tomato puree and salt to taste cover and let it cook for 5 to 6 mins.
* Step 3
Add soybeans, mix well and cover for 2 minutes to cook, garnish with coriander leaves and dish is ready to serve.
