Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions; drain well.
* Step 2
Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat, until crispy. Drain in small colander over a bowl, saving grease.
* Step 3
Add 1 tbsp. reserved bacon grease, onions and garlic to same skillet, saute until browned, add 1 C. white wine and simmer until almost dry.
* Step 4
Add 2 C. heavy cream and simmer 5-10 minutes or until sauce coats the back of a spoon. Stir in cheeses, until melted, add shrimp and spinach, cook until spinach is wilty and shrimp is slightly pink. Remove from heat
* Step 5
Turn oven on to broil. Place pasta in a greased 2 quart baking dish (I use glass) add shrimp and spinach mixture and fold in to pasta. Top with a sprinkle of italian blend cheese, and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Broil for 5-10 minutes until brown and bubbly.
