Rice_Minced_Meat_Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the rice and strain well, leave aside.
* Step 2
In a deep pot, add the ghee and stir in the minced meat saute until browned and cooked, add the rice, seven spices and salt. Add in the water and stir for a few minutes.
* Step 3
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 30- 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked & the soup thickens.
* Step 4
Finally transfer the soup to your choice of serving dish and garnish with the chopped parsley.
