Ingredient

2 tbsp

ghee

1/2 tsp

7 spices

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In an appropriate pot, put the ghee and allow to heat. Add the vermicelli and stir until golden in colour

* Step 2

Remove the vermicelli and set aside.

* Step 3

Form small meat balls, add into the pot and stir until they have browned

* Step 4

Add salt, spices, tomato paste, vermicelli and stirring in all together.

* Step 5

Pour water, and keep on a low heat for 15 mins until it becomes a well consistent mixture.

* Step 6

Served hot

* Step 7
