Kesar pista doi

#5ing Kesar dahi. recipe is fast to make and very delicious to taste best to serve during summer with ice cubes. Well gur dahi is made in Assam during bihu.So made with a different twist and ingredients to taste more better.

Ingredient

100 gms

curd sour

100 gms

kesar milk

1/2 cup

jaggery

Handful

peanut badam

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First dry roast the badam,and grind it to a fine paste and keep aside.Next soaked the pistachios,for 5 min.and grinder along with jaggery,to a fine paste.

Now mix the kesar milk in curd in a pan properly with a spoon.

* Step 3

Then add the grinded peanut paste,and pistachios jaggery paste in a mixing curd bowl

* Step 4

Mixed all the ingredients nicely with a spoon. Garnish it with kesar.Sweet kesar doi mixed is ready to serve. Serve chill.
