* Step 1
First boil the water.dip the chow stalk into the water and mix properly till it's turn soft.and then drain the water and keep aside. Now wash the chow with cold water to make firm.and let it rest for a min.
* Step 2
Now wash all the chopped vegetables nicely.heat the oil in a pan or karhai,fry all the vegetables along with onion for 5 min.add soya sauce, vinegar,tomatos puree,tomato sauce,biscuit crumbs, black pepper,and salt.stir for amin.till it's well cooked.add the washed chow with the fries vegetables and fry for 5 min or till it's get mix well.add 2 cup of water and bring it to a boil to make it a fine gravy. Meanwhile check the salt.as per your taste.
* Step 3
Switch off the flame,and check hows the gravy.garnish it qith cucumber,onion,carrot,and onion leaves.
