Gulab jamun
Very easy to make and simply delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To serve 1tablespoon of chopped kaju nuts, toasten in pan for the dough balls. mixed all the ingredients like maida, khoya, and milk,adding in a correct proportions of water to form a soft sticky dough. cover with lid and keep aside for 20 min.
* Step 2
Shape the dough into small round shape of ball.
* Step 3
Heat the oil in deep heavy bottom frying pan. Deep fry the balls until golden brown. Then remove the balls from the oil with a spoon and set aside in kitchen paper. To drain.
* Step 4
Next make a sugar syrup by heating the sugar and water together with the cardamon powder, until it get dissolved.and the mixture become syrupy. When the dough ball are cool, add to the syrup and leave it for 1 hr till the syrup get coated well with the balls.
* Step 5
Garnish it with chopped kaju and nuts.
