Milk sweet cherry phirni

#Milk is one of the most vital nutrients and is essential for health too so i prepared my own unique delicacy full of healthy mixture of all the nutrients. Try this at home feel good and taste good.

sugar

big kaju

1/2 cup

jaggery

For garnishing

Dry mango cubes

4 tablespoons

khoya

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the kheer chawal nicely few time and keep aside dry for 30 mins.Now keep all the ingredients in a plate.

* Step 2

Boil 1ltr of mik in a saucepan.Make it a full boil,Add kesar,chopped cherry, cardamon powder and sugar in the milk and mix properly. Bring it to a thick boil.meanwhile add the washed rice and cook it for sometime.pour some milk if required, to avoid dryness.

Now add mashed jaggery,kaju, khoya,meetha muri and cook for next 10 mins.

* Step 4

Dont let it dry. In the mean time keep on cheking wether it was finely cooked or not.if the rice is well cooked and mixed it properly with all the ingredients with nice aromatic smell then switch off the flame.

* Step 5

Garnish it with dry sweet mago cubes.Your cherry phirni is ready to serve.
