Mix veg salad

Very healthy and good option for health concious with less oil..and goodness of healthy vegetables.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 tablespoon

black pepper

3 tablespoon

oil

1 tablespoon

vinegar

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil the Broccoli and capsicum for a min. And drained the water from the pan and keep aside.

* Step 2

Next heat the oil in a pan. Add 3tablespoon of oil. And fry all the vegetables like grated carrot,bit,and capsicum add salt as per taste. along with the boil vegetables. Stir for a min.

* Step 3

Turn off the flame and taste. Now mix chopped onion and green chilli.your veg salad is ready to served with rice.
