Soya bean dal curry

#winter soya bean dal curry yummy flavoured with tangy spicy tomato sauce to try with.

Ingredient

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

cumin powder

1 tablespoon

coriander powder

1 tablespoon

garam masala powder

1 tablespoon

red chilli powder

3 tablespoon

tomato sauce

3 tablespoon

cream any food cream

to taste

Salt

as needed

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dal for min 5 hrs

* Step 2

Boil the dal in a high flame until it become soft.mash it with spoon. If it's hard then boil again for 4 whistles.

* Step 3

In that mean while prepare the ingredients given like onion and masala spices.

* Step 4

After wards heat 3tablespoon of oil in a pressure cooker, fry the chopped onion bay leaves. add turmeric powder and stir for a min,now add the chopped tomato and stir for a while. Add ginger garlic paste and all the masala given.cook for sometime till the tomato become soft.now add the boil mased moth dal cook again for 5 min.

* Step 5

Now add 3 cup water or more as per you need gravy. Mix cream for extra flavour.Add tomato sauce. To bring more saucy.

* Step 6

Cook for sometime for making thick gravy.

* Step 7

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Soya bean dal curry is ready to served with roti very simple and easy.
