Ingredient

matar(peas)

turmeric powder

2 tablespoon

red chilli powder

5 tbsp

cream

1/2 cup

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil the peas and potato till it's become soft.

* Step 2

Later switch off the flame drained the water and keep aside.

* Step 3

Meanwhile prepare the ingredients given. mashed the potato and peas mix rice flour,grated paneer,turmeric powder,1tsp ginger garlic paste. Red chilli powder,1tsp jeera powder.Now make a small round shape kofta ball.and keep aside.Heat the oil in a pan.and fry the ball lightly till it's brown. take out from the pan and keep aside.

* Step 4

For gravy make tomatoes and,onion into puree in a grinder.

* Step 5

Now fry the bay leaves, tomato and onion puree in the pan.add 1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp jeera powder and 1 tsp garam masala powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,3 cloves,and 4 cardamom 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt for taste fry for 10 min or till it's oil leave. add 3 or 4 cup of water as required and cook for sometime till the gravy become thick. Now add 4 tsp of cream and mix properly.

* Step 6

Cook for sometime till the cream melt in curry.meanwhile add the kofta ball in the curry and stir with a spoon properly. Now switch off the flame and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
