Masala capsicum ki sabzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the capsicum into pieces.Heat the oil in a pan. And fry the capsicum and peas
* Step 2
Fry until it's light brown. After wards take out from the pan and keep aside.
* Step 3
Now chopped the onions. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan. fry the onion with a bay leaves until it's light brown. Add turmeric and tomato puree,And cook for 5 mins now add the spices given and add salt.Fry for next 5 mins,till it's oil leave. Now mix the fried capsicum and peas along with the tomato. And a little bit of salt and stir for a minute. Add a cup of water to make it a fine gravy And cook for next 5 mins,turn off the flame and taste. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
