Moong and chana dal vada
The combination of both the dal taste awsome. we can also add some more mixed dal to taste more better but the mixture of both the chana and moong dal also taste yummy with green chutney in evening tea..snacks.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak both the dal ovenight or 5 to six hours to make it soft
* Step 2
Drained the water of both the dal.and grind them with ginger and green chilli. add a little bit of water while grinding.
* Step 3
Afterwards the batter should be very soft and thick.
* Step 4
Add salt cumin seeds,jeera hing amchur and red chilli powder and salt as per taste
* Step 5
Add 3 tablespoon rice flour.
* Step 6
Heat the oil in a pan.deep fry till it turns golden brown. In a slow medium flame.
* Step 7
Removed from the pan.vada is ready to serve with green chutney or with tomato sauce.
* Step 8
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
