#GA4 #week 19 During winters, peas are available fresh, so therefore today I have shared my favourite recipe ‘Peas Palau’.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat water in a bowl, add washed rice and salt 1/2 tsp, and cook it till it’s 80% cooked. Then keep it aside. Heat water in an another pan boil the peas.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadai then add cumin seeds, red chilli, ginger paste,cashew nuts, raisins cook for 1 minute then add half boiled peas, mix well.
* Step 3
Then add boiled rice, add salt to taste, mix well, add 1/2 cup of water cover and cook well. Serve hot.
