#GA4 #Week17 Zucchini and mushroom combination with cheese come out very nice and tasty. This is a must-try for all, who are looking out for a complete and wholesome meal.

Ingredient

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For white sauce heat, a pan adds butter and maida stir it for one minute, slowly add milk stir it, season with salt and pepper when it thicken keep aside. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped garlic, onion cook for few minutes then add chopped tomato, zucchini, mushrooms chopped and bean, add salt to taste mix it cover,s and cook for ten minutes.

Then add turmeric powder, chopped chili, mix properly. Immediately add white sauce and mix properly.

Then add sliced cheese and mascarpone cheese cover and cook when the cheese thickens and the veggies are well tender. Then serve hot. Really yum.
